headlight problem
Hey Rickjames, did you wash the car in cold weather (like low 30 to low 40 degrees)? If so, some condensation in the headlight is normal. The housings have air in them obviously, and with that, there will be moisture in there. I've noticed that I get a little condensation in my headlight housings and even my tail light housings when I wash my car in the winter. By a little I mean just enough to create a little fog on the inside.
I had the same problem with my passenger side headlight housing. Except I had the problem so bad, that water was literally running down the inside (think cold drink on a hot, humid summer day). Got it replaced under warranty.
If it were me and my car was out of warranty, I would replace the amber diffusers with clear ones, and then reseal the headlight housings very well.

I have the same problem but got worst. There now seem to be a little bio dome in there. I have some mold in there or something. I will end up doing the same thing. Does it look better with the clear or none at all?
Thanks for the info guys--First I'll check the lightbulb seal and see if that works. By the way, it was probably about 58 degrees F outside this past weekend when I washed it. The condensation has definately gone down.--so I'll probably just wait a few more days to see if it clears up.
