I took a close look at my headlights and it appears that if you look at the clear plastic closely. There appears to be hundreds of tiny cracks vertically at the point where the plastic bends. This is on both of my headlights. I don't have any rock chips or what so ever, but I did notice that yesterday when I was cleaning the car. Has anyone has had this problem? Will the dealer replace my headlight housing?

If it is a defect from the plastic, the dealer will take care of it.

S2k - I just checked mine, got down on all fours and looked real close. There are no cracks in any part of the headlight covers on my Stook.

 

golfnut311: Thanks for checking. I'll have to drop by the dealer and see what they are going to do for me. If any one else could check their lights and let me know...

 

Mine are as clear as the day I bought them. Have you tried Plexus? Your's may have had this flaw since day one.

 

I had mine replaced, but mine were flickering and then one day died.
