There are a ton of people with these bubbles on there HIDs. There was another thread about this a while back, but I'm not sure what it was called. Might want to do a search on "bubble" and HID.

I have MY2001 and my buzzing decel noise has worsen to a more metallic "droning". My friend who owns an MY2000 confirms that the sound I have is the same sound he has on his car. My vin is 4414. It's weird to see this problem in an MY2001, thought I'd share.
