Are these head rest speakers plug and play?

Where is the connector for rear speakers?

 

I also opted for the factory headrest speakers, mostly because I didn't want to tear up my interior right after getting the car. Let's face it, with the top down you are not looking for incredible quality, you're looking to make the music or talk audible. The factory speakers are plenty loud and save you from having to install if you'd rather not.
