I wear a size 10 and usually wear nimble, tight shoes. I'm not totally familiar with how everyone else heel-toes but on the 1974 Alfa Romeo GTV 2000 I currently drive, I've learned how to do it with the ball of my foot on the brake and the pinky-toe side of my foot on the gas. I wish to do the same with the S2000 but it would require a heavy foot on the brake...
That's how I do it with the S. I have one pair of shoes that makes it tough, but it's still doable. I find this method is easier on the rest of your body.

I am just over 6ft with 14 feet and find it difficult to h/t due to my knee being up against the steering wheel. When I go driving with friends I tend to wear puma speed cat driving shoes but when I was in a korean dept store I saw they have puma drift cats. Ordered a pair online from a EU site, apparently not available for adults in the US. http://www.schuhstore.co.uk/images/product...780620_exlg.jpg

Ordered black on black BTW, not these white ones.
PUMA future cat is a good choice too. I have 3 pairs of future cat and i just wear them all the time.
by the way, im also selling them. i have size from 9-12
