Sounds high to me. I purchased a 2002 with 24500 miles and a factory warrantee to 75 K for 21,500 last march.

Winter is coming prices are dropping.

PS. Silver is the fastest color. It is much lighter b/c honda does not need to use as much paint. Plus less wind drag.
