helms manual, or honda?

which service manual is better? or are they one in the same? or do i have no clue what i am talking about?

One in the same. Honda is a engine manufacturer (happens to build cars too), Helms is a publisher. Most auto companies now consign a separate vendor (Helms usually)to provide manual production and maintenance.
