If your willing to go a bit further, last time I spoke with my dealer they still had some allottments left for the 2001 MY. They sell MSRP, no forced options. They said they would pick me up at the airport when mine arrives. Here is the info if your interested.

well if you can go to wisconsin. i found a yellow s2000 with a front spoiler,rear spoiler,car cover for storage,and japan black emblem. for only $35,000. well here the number..1(414)328-3500.....

Yes!!! I landed the Red one from the above post. Car for MSRP and highway robbery for the options. Considering it is LA it was the best deal I have seen. My handle of NeedaStook is history! See you on the other side as TrojanHorse.

norm reeves in cerritos sells the car at msrp, but with the options you indicated. that is where i got mine... would have bought most of the options anyway (maybe would have bought them for less at hondaaccessories.com), but just figured it was an easy way to get the car for not too much of a mark-up.
