thanks guys, I got the tool kit from sears to take care of the already stripped one. I was not expecting this pain when i started, but oh well. Thanks for the tips guys.

you don't really need to put those screws back in if you plan to swap rotors fairly often....i don't run the screws in my racing s2000.

The rotor screws will stip really easily if you do not use the proper sized screwdriver. I learned the hard way...
