Default Help with cam sensors on AP1

I have a 2000 AP1 s2000 running the science of speed supercharger kit. Ran into a problem driving home the other day where it suddenly started bucking in traffic and cutting fuel according to the wideband. I hooked up a scan tool and noticed that when the bucking was replicated the ignition angle would lock at 8 degrees. The bucking came from the ignition angle reading and then defaulting back to 8 degrees. I'm suspecting something involving a faulty cam sensor or related but I don't know how to test them at this point. I believe the AP1 had two cam sensors while the AP2 only have one. The only code that was thrown was for the wideband reading outside of normal parameters. Any advice is appreciated.
