I am installing the Mugen header and need to get the torque specs for the header nuts to the head.

RT!! Please help.

Well, the self-locking nut is supposed to be replaced, but in the meantime... that goes on @ 31n-m / 23lbft... are all of them self-locking nuts? I can't tell from the illustrations in the manual... and a new gasket is required.
