Default Help with taking over lease!?

Hi, I was hoping for some help with taking on someone else's lease. I know what the monthly price is and what the residual is. Are there any other fees I should know about? I would imagine that I will have to pay California registration, what would that be? Are there any other fees I would have to pay? Taxes or anything else?

You need to find out the moneyfactor and if there is a lease takeover fee. The taxes only for the payements left on the lease, so they should be the same as what the original leasor was paying if he or she was living in the same county.
