Hopefully this "review" sorta deal can help you decide. Also, here's an article that might help: http://www.motoiq.com/MagazineArticl...ion-Guide.aspx
I had first done this. It wasn't EXACTLY what I asked for, but was close enough. To me, it felt unstable at higher speeds.
so I did some more reading and was thinking about dialing the rear toe up to .2 per side, the rear Camber back to -2.0 (like I had asked for originally), and the front caster up to 6.5. I went to the next shop a week or so later and it was already out of whack. Not really sure why. Anyway, instead of asking for specific settings this time, I just told him about my previous settings, thoughts on that, and generally what I was looking for. Told him I didnt care about tire wear. He came back with this:
you can see the before and after. Was pretty happy with how it felt. Much more stable at higher speeds. He said the caster difference is to compensate for the crown in the road. Makes sense I suppose, but I'd rather it be even because I'm in the left lane on the interstate a lot. Overall it feels pretty good. A few corners taken right at the limit felt very predictable, but it's still a bit mushy. Sorta odd on turn-in. Could be Springs or maybe tires though. I'm just about betting on the latter, but might be wrong. I haven't raced it or anything and I'm not sure if the measurements are in degrees-minutes or decimal-degrees but I think I want to try UK specs next. Here's them:
Or maybe that, except -.5 more Camber front & rear.

lol. you guys...
OP is trying to find an alignment to fix SHAKING at 75mph.
1.)Why deviate from stock settings?
2.) Your shaking is almost 100% for sure not caused by an alignment.
3.) Have the wheels/tyres balanced.
