if you can, post a video or audio clip--written words cant communicate the sound very well, so its hard to confidently give any type of suggestion as to what it could be.
very hard to record something like that - to pick up that sound out of the background noise of engine/exhaust itself without some professional recording equipment.

its not a vague sound thats difficult to describe - its very much like it reads: a sharp ticking noise that sounds like a spark (ie a butane portable stove, or a gas stove top spark) ... and it comes in interval of every few seconds

Don't think it would be a plug because this would affect idle.
Any short that is causing a spark shoud be visable on a dark night.
It could be as simple as a panel thats slightly binding against another panel.
If you can't track it down and it doesn't seem to be affecting anything, it may be one of those sounds that you'll have to learn to forget.
Ask your dealer if he's run into this problem before. If he hasn't, I'd be reluctant to allow the mechs to attack the car with a fist full of wrenches in any attempt to "fix" something they know nothing about. GL

All three sounds are still pretty vaugely described. We could go for more detail, but in the long run it's easier for someone to check them in person.

Here's the description:
"# 1 is when I have the car on *fully on with the engine running* and when I turn the radio down I hear this like clicking noise. Its from the front dash. Its like a fuse popping but its continuous. But nothing seems to be wrong with the car? So is that normal?"

From this description alone, I'd guess normal valve tapping or the ticking sound made by cooling exhaust.. But we could ask:
1. Engine at Idle or under load?
2. Does the frequency increase/decrease with enging RPM or Car speed.
3. What accessories are on? Does it increase with speed of heating fan?
4. Does the car ever miss? An Arcing plug should cause a misfire under load, if not all the time.

Finally where do you get that it happens every few seconds? The OP never specifies a frequency.
