i emailed CHP about that picture a year or so ago, and they told me that the picture was just an example (of headlights i guess) and not necessarily an example of an illegal setup. don't worry.

and apparently, don't worry about the radio being too loud if you live anywhere near me ... i constantly hear bozo's car stereos from much further than 50 feet! anyone thinking of med school should consider 'ear doc' (otolaryngologist i think) .. going to have lots of biz in a decade or so!

Blue and yellow headlights. Headlights must be white - blue and yellow are illegal (24011 VC). Look for the DOT symbol on the bulb and package.
So does that mean they are going to start pulling over every HID factory-equipped car out there? Most HID's look more blue than white to me.

the way i allways understood it, the lights are illegal unless they are factory equipment. if you have a civic that comes with regular lights and then modify, then you are in trouble.

"Incorrect color of turn signal. It must be white or yellow to the front, red or yellow to the rear (24953 VC). "

Does this mean that the JDM AP1 lights are legal since it says, "must be white or yellow". If this is the case then why the hell didn't Honda use the white in US AP1 lights like they did for the JDM ones?
