There's something else wrong with that beam pattern but I can't put my finger on it.
I definitely agree about the flares, it shouldn't be like that. I'll take a look at the bulb on my free time this weekend. I hope this solves it.

Definitely bulb not seated properly or a cheap aftermarket chinese bulb (that does not have the focal point of the bulb in the correct spot). I've had problems with both in previous retrofits I've done and it looks almost identical.

Looking forward to hearing the final outcome. I hope it ends up being something you are able to fix yourself with no additional cost.

Just stand in front of each light to narrow down which one is causing the flare. I have my $ on it not being placed/seat propertly, like everyone mentioned.

Fixed!! Had some time today to do this. As many of you mentioned, the bulb wasn't seated properly, that's what was causing the flare on the passenger side. My buddy had an extra pair of 6k d2s, so I decided to install them while I was at it. The cut off looks so much better, and no more annoying flare!

Thank you to all who have given me some input to get this fixed. Much appreciated!

Nice, looks like the right headlight needs to be adjusted a bit up or left one down (measure to double check).

Yea I know, but looks much better than before. I'm curious to see how everyone else's cut off looks like.
