don't forget that the aim changes depending on the weight load on the car.

I'm not familiar with the manufacturing process, but it seems reasonable to me that the headlight aiming precision would not be high on the QC list. Something more for dealers to worry about.

They're probably happy if they get in the same ballpark, and that both lights be level with each other, as mine were from the factory.

Well, I can honestly say that my lights are aimed pretty good, exactly the same as my last S2000. I do not have problems with people driving in the same direction but people driving towards me. The roads I spoke about are very uneven and the suspension bounces pretty good. Most cases I watch the hid's clearly flash the people.

I submit that we hound Honda for a new light assembly with auto-lvl'ing
