Try PMing the guy. That is probably your best option in contacting him if he is still around.

If one headlight suddenly gets dimmer than the other, you swap bulbs from right to left and the same headlight is still dimmer than it is the ballast. There is nothing else that could cause this problem unless some little gremlin actually destroyed the chrome in your projector bowl suddenly.

Tried a new ballast and swapping the bulbs. I think the actual projector lens got damaged... it looks foggy almost when you flip the switch... hmmp. 04331-S2A-A00 this part number is to replace the entire headlight assembly? I wonder if i can buy just the projector lens seperately...

Find a projector on craigslist or hidplanet

if you reall think it's the projector, take it apart and inspect the bowl and shield
are the lenses ok?

You can buy just the projector assembly...they sell for $300 a pair, if you get lucky and find just one they might let it go for $100. Try ebay and local salvage yards.

I'll have to take it apart again this weekend when I have time.. Unfortunately I daily my car and do not have a garage... so it makes it a little harder to tinker at home..

Thank you all for the advice and assistance, hopefully i can get this fixed for good in a few days
