Well, I took the car to the dealer and they looked at it and confirmed it for me, the passenger side is definitely bluer in color (and not as bright). So they ordered me a new set of bulbs (the part numbers for the bulbs are different for some reason). These things are very expensive, $220.00 each!

I was thinking that it could be a number of things causing this, maybe a loose connection, bulb is loose in the housing, etc. So hopefully, it's something simple and they won't have to replace anything.
