C3, I don't know about calling the cop on someone, I think I would NOT choose to. Kind of personal karma thing I guess. I don't know, my 2 cents

What do you others think?

Well I'm a freshman in college, and my car's going to be in St. Louis where I actually live, and I go to school in Ann Arbor...so I figured both would do.

i agree with the karma thing. i don't call cops on people and hope that noone calls them on me!

all i have to say is: there's this neat switch on your rearview mirror that DIMS THE F****NG VIEW. Car mfg's put it there for a reason, i wish people would learn to use it instead of feeling this great urge to pull behind me and flash their brights.

The S2000's HID's really do flicker and flutter around more than any other HID I have seen. And Lord knows I have seen lots of S2000 HID's in my rear view mirror...

hehe

No, they are rather annoying, but I totally love them. They provide a curtain of light that makes halogen lights seem useless to me now. I LOVE them! But oddly, I have never been flashed or hassled by people driving who have been annoyed by them. I guess people in Chicago are just too lazy or they can't keep up with me!

Spot Light/HID comparison:
From what I gather, our HIDs put out about 3200 lumen. Although it wouldn't be a direct translation, 1 Spherical CP ~= 12.6 lumen. A 1milCP light would be 25x brighter than our HID, if I got the conversion/figures right.

Maybe we should all get one of these babies to return the favor: http://www.stuffonline.com/newstuff/1Mspotlight.html . It is charges through the acc. power outlet.

Brent, mistaking the wonderful University of Michigan for Michigan State would get you killed here! The lesser of the two schools is located in Lansing.

I'll let it slide this time...talk about mistaking things like that...there's this girl here, who before she came here thought that Michigan was somewhere on the West Coast! LOL
