Code3S2k: Nice ! I was shopping for my S2k and I saw this one too. Hard to believe it has 180k miles - it looks pristine!
Did you pick her up yet? How's she drive? I just picked up my '05 from sunnyvale toyota, and am having a blast with it. Hope you are too! Show us some pics.

The car is absolutly flaw less. It drive better than my old AP2. I think that I like the AP1 better because of the 9k redline. AP2 feels like it runs out of gear to fast. But anyway im pretty happy and dont want to start a war.
Great to hear! Yeah, I picked up the black AP2. It's my first S2000.
I've been hunting for a while - drove a black AP1 in hayward (noori auto) a while ago, but honestly, I didn't notice all that much a difference between the two, I guess I need to get more acquainted with S2000s. 
I do know what you mean about feeling like it runs out of gear - the power is still coming in at 6k, then 8k comes up a bit too fast. Still fun, though
