From my previous experiences with the S2K in the dyno I have found that it's very hard to obtain the same Hp reading time after time.
I once got three different readings by getting them one after the other without letting the car idle. The HP drops substantially on this car as heat builds up or if the conditions are not perfect.
So doing the dyno runs (stock vs mod) the same day will ensure the most acurate readings but don't expect them to be repeatable.

I still think if you can arrange it get a big fan to put infront of the car to keep the air from heating up the air box to extreme temps! Along with the rest of the underhood temps.

krazik,
I think the big fan is a normal thing. I know when I dynoed my Pantera they hooked up a big fan. You have to have some form of cooling besides ambient air and the electric fans in the car. I would be surprised if those folks didn't have some kind of fan setup.
Now, not to confuse matters, but the folks at Frey Racing (MountainView as well) also have a dyno that they rent out by the hour. Last time I checked, it was $85 an hour. Frey Racing is where we got our Hot Lap for that last track day. If for some reason we need an alternative in the future, you could check them out.

I chose dyno spot because they came highly recomended from a number of close friends, most of which who race miata's.
This place knows what they are doing so I suspect they will have the fans too. I will drop Dick (the owner) a line and confirm.
