is it just me, or does it sound slightly ricey at certain rpms/throttle positions? it's pretty awesome how the volume can be just as loud as stock if you learn to modulate it properly though. i'd just really hate to be driving around with other people thinking my car sounds like rice. hopefully i'll take some vids outside the car sometime soon and post them for people who wanna hear and for myself.

 

It's the TP that creates that ricey sound on most exhausts (though they also reduce drone). A resonated TP helps, however the only company that makes one for the S2K is Megan and people have had problems with them breaking at the welds right before the resonator.

 

i'm actually running a Megan right now. i'm so happy i've been scared of test pipes for like 2 years and i finally did it and haven't thrown one CEL yet.
