Default HONDA DEALERSHIP!

Well I am having a problem right now with my car.
This weekend I had some problems on the road and I heard a weird sputtering noise like the car wanted to give out. I pulled into the gas station and I turned off the car. When I tried to start it back up...it would just crank. It wouldn

For model years 2000, 2001 and some 2002, Honda sent out recall letters about possible bad spark plugs and insufficient torque to hold them in. Was your car ever taken in to get the new plugs and have them put in with the new torque? This might be your only argument.

Call Honda directly. Stop talking with the service manager.

They said they performed this TSB before I purchased the vehicle.....

Whats frustrating is that ...I gave them a cranking motor ...now I have a locked motor by them....WTF!!

I left them a message to call me back on the status of my car. I told them i expected better service than having to wait several hours for a call back.

Used.....

UPDATE!!!

I talked to the service manager...and she said they need to tear down the motor which will take 7.5 hours and cost 742 dollars to do which will be at my cost if Honda denies my claim.....

I told her about them locking up my motor and she says "well the mechanic can get it to crank like 3 times but then is locks up"....it seems the story changes.....I am very upset bc i know they have furthered the damage on it. Why should I pay for further damage. Which could have been lessened if they just honored the warranty.
