Call Honda yourself and start a claim. Did you do that yet?

Call (800) 999-1009, and tell them what exactly happened. They will tell you what you will need to do, and what they will do.

Update...now...

they are saying that the motor cranks but on cylinder #3 is slow and barely cranks.....

it is not completely locked up....

but 742 dollars to take off the intake manifold and get off the cylinder head is alot...they said are taking the rocker arms and everything off. they are not touching the block.

What did Honda corporate say about the claim?

You need to start dealing with them if you want to avoid paying. Stop talking with the devilship, I mean dealership

Anyone can understand why you're upset, but you need to calm down so people can help you.

Did they tear down the motor yet?

You need to be on the phone with Honda. If you don't like what they're saying, you need to contact an attorney in your area. Look for one who deals with lemon law. They often also understand warranty cases.

If you didn't over-rev the motor, you may be able to show that, but you'll need to have your own mechanic there and perhaps a video camera, if you don't trust them to tell the truth.

How long did you have the car? How long had you driven it the day it locked up before it did so?

I don't know what the spark plug breaking has to do with an over-rev anyway. Seems to me an over-rev would do more damage than that.
