Just ask what you wish to find out ... I'm sure there are enough people among us to describe which is what.

If I'm not mistaken the 5th Gen JDM Prelude Type S still has the denotation of H22A with the exception of different cam - because there were no major changes to the engine it did not get a new denotation.

You can get all the Honda engine codes here: http://www.hazone.com/default.htm?codes.htm

Too bad the S2000 isn't listed, but the great one doesn't need to be listed.... we all know what's under the hood

It should be K20A3 for the detune version and K20A2 for the Type S - now makes you wonder what happened to K20A1

K20C should be for the Type R - C is a denotation for Type R, also explains why we will never see a stronger F20C because it's already maxed out!

Why is it that the import mags put the acura RSX type S (us model) as having the K20C. Even the most recent sport compact car stated that it was the K20C in their top seven picks....

The dealership here also has a detailed spec sheet and has the engine code listed as the K20C.
