i heard that some of the extended warranty offered by other car manufacturer is pro rate (can be cancelled in the middle of the extended warranty period and they will refund you your remaining balance).

is honda's extended warranty pro rate?

Check with your Honda Dealer.

Don't know what you mean by pro rate, but I believe that if you do no have a claim against the extended warranty the purchase price is refundable.
