Fortunately, it doesn't matter. A car's performance is far more than just its chassis rigidity. Chassis rigidity gives the suspension engineers more freedom and flexibility, but is not an end in itself.
What use would accurate numbers be? How is it going to help you get more out of the car?
What matters is how a car actually handles, and whether or not chassis flex is an issue.
In an otherwise stock S2000 it is NOT an issue, and unless and until you identify a handling problem that can be traced to chassis flex the actual numbers are moot.
No useful information to be found here; Just bragging rights for those who need such things.

but you do notice that stiffer the car gets, handling vastly improves.

They don't make the cars stiff for bragging rights.
