does anyone have measurements of them?

i wanna try to make my own from pepboys parts.
I have tried this and have had no luck. I own a few NAPA stores so I had plenty of access to several different struts. The two biggest problems I encountered were finding ball ends with a metric thread, I never found any but planned on custom machining them. The second problem is the ball sockets on the struts are way too large on the ones I carry. The ball sockets on the tein's that I have are just a little larger than the ball itself and they barely clear. So basically finding struts that are small enough in diameter and have small enough ends may be impossible. And finding a ball end with the correct thread will again be difficult if not impossible.
