Hood popped open at speed!
Before I bought the S that I am driving now, I went to take a look at another S that was at a honda dealer. After we took a look at the engine bay. we tries to close the hood and it didn't close no matter how hard the salesman slammed it or pushed on it. Freaked me out!! That's why i metioned it to my bro what happens if the hood pops open while I'm driving on the freeway? Goodbye windshield and hopefully that's it.

You might know this already, but the hood should NEVER be pushed or slammed to shut. It is made of aluminum and will dent easily. (I am hoping that you are simply relaying the dealer experience.)
Honda salespeople (and many Honda mechanics) should NEVER be used as proper examples of anything.
The correct way is to hold the hood 12-18 inches above its closed position and drop it. If the hood does not latch, drop it from higher up. If you still have trouble, the latch is out of adjustment or something is broken.
I am saying this only as a reminder, since we all are talking about hoods closing an not closing.
Just one more reason why Honda Salespeople piss me off...
That idiot should have known after trying it twice that the car needed to go into the shop for a repair.
Pushing on the hood to close it is about as smart as kicking the fender to start the car.
