If you have never done it before then it will probably take you a few hours if you take your time. If you have the right tools its always easier, and will cut down on the install time. Its a pretty straight forward install though, but when I took out my header the only thing that was a pain was that one of the bottom bolts on the header was almost seized so it was like cracking the bolt loose all the way through the length of the threaded bolt. I would reccommend that you hit the bottom bolts with some liquid wrench and let it sit for a little bit while you work up top.
