Default How difficult is it to remove the seats?

I spun off the track at Thunderhill last weekend and had a cloud of dirt rain down on me. I was able to clean the interior out pretty well but now I hear the awful grinding of sand in the seat rails when I adjust the seat.

Any suggestions or pictures/instructions from a shop manual?

Thanks.
