my soft to rattles bad at around 2,000 rpm, it rattles along the very front of it. i have no idea what it is and how to fix it?? i get no rattle when the top is down

See that picture above where the two bolts are marked.

Take that bracket off, take a dremmel with a Tungsten grinder and grind the bolt holes to make them a few mm longer so the bracket can be a few mm further away from the windscreen.
Put it back on.

The brackets will pull the roof tighter onto the rubbers above the windscreen and stop the rattling and wind noise.

You can find a much more detailed explanation by shopman if you use the search function, that what I've typed is the basics of it.

rivets - drill out the middle and be sure to get the remains out of the part (as itll make a noise that is annoying from time to time.)

Or someone who thought replacing screws with rivets would be hilarious for the next owner to deal with.
