I get a running start and jump over the trunk and do a flip in air and land right in the seat - this is sometimes rough when the top is up.

Truely - depends on if the HT is on, or the top is up or not.
Top on/up - 90 degree turn
Top down - I step in and sit down.

I usually try to grab the A pillar (if I remember) to reduce the weight on the seat. Of course I usually forget about the phone holster that crashes into the bolster. Reminds me of the TopGear episode where they have the women compare getting into the cars.

I stick my right foot in and keep my left foot out on the ground. Then I put my butt against the seat where my back goes and slide down lifting my left leg up at the same time.

OR

Sometimes I stick my right hand and head in first. Right hand goes on center console area, right foot goes in, and left hand goes to the bottom door sill by my butt then I lift my self into the car with my arms.

I use the second one but backwards to get out of the car every time though.

I just try to sit, but I avoid slamming my back into the seatbelt. I've hit it a few times where it faces up, and when you slam your back against it, it hurts like a mofo.

I use my arm on the door sill as a catapult to launch myself in the seat, twisting while floating through the air, as to not touch the dash/wheel/bolsters when getting in.

Haven't caused any extra wear to the bolsters since I got it.

However, attempting to explain this task to passengers is a bit more difficult and they usually look at me like I'm crazy

Have some new seats coming then I can put the factory ones in storage and not give one fudge.

Yep, this. Have to protect that left bolster. I also get really ticked at myself if I don't have room to open the door all the way after parking, and end up kicking or scuffing the lower portion of it with my left foot when I go to get out. This usually only happens when I'm tired or not paying attention.

We're kind of ridiculous about this car, eh?

I used to try to step in and squat down at the same time (as I've done with most cars). I eventually hurt my knee this way so have adopted a different method. I now sit down first, then rotate my legs in towards the car second.

I grab the steering wheel and the top of the windshield frame/hardtop edge or the doorsill and slide in between the steering wheel and bolster making sure my fly doesn't cutup the steering wheel.

Getting out I grab the steering wheel and the doorsill and push myself out of the car. PITA to get in and out of this car...
