Im 6'5''.. anyone else taller than me have a less clumsy way of getting in that I do now. Ive owned this car for over 3 years now and still havent found a smooth, non-awkward way to get my legs in and not looking like a daddy long legs crawling in and out of the car.

Like many have posted.

Perpendicular, facing away from the car...bend at the knees and aim for the seat cushion while missing the bolster. Rotate the hips and bring in one foot at a time in and underneath the steering wheel. I use the steering wheel for leverage/stability. Raise the left arm up and reach under the left arm pit for the seat belt and pull through. Exchange the buckle to the left hand and snap into place. Ignition on, check gauges and mirrors, then push the start button.

I step in and down in one fell swoop. Right foot on the floor, right hand on the steering wheel at the 11 o'clock position, and duck into the car so I am sitting in driving position, then swing my left foot in. When I get out its the same but reversed, put left foot on ground, and use steering wheel and right arm to elevate myself out in one fluid motion.

I've been told its a thing of beauty to watch me get into and out of my car, if you ever get the chance, you should watch me do it.

Fwiw, I tell girls wearing skirts to sit in it butt first and then swing their legs into the car after they're sitting.

Right foot on the floor then I kinda swing myself in while holding myself up with my right hand against the seat, then I sit down as straight as possible and finally bring in my left leg. Lolol, sounds messed I know.

Right foot in, sit, twist left foot in. Pretty much the only possible way for me because I'm 6'1 with a roll cage.

This is new to me: putting the right leg in first. I'm concerned about the "stretch" of the right leg in and the left leg still outside the car. I'll try it though. When you do it this way, you say you put your right hand on the wheel?

Yeah, I'll put my right hand at 3 o'clock and use the wheel as leverage to rotate my body in.

You put your right foot in,
You put your right foot out;
You put your right foot in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your left foot in,
You put your left foot out;
You put your left foot in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your right hand in,
You put your right hand out;
You put your right hand in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your left hand in,

You put your left hand in,
And you shake it all about.

You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your backside in,
You put your backside out;
You put your backside in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your head in,
You put your head out;
You put your head in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about!

You put your whole self in,
You put your whole self out;
You put your whole self in,
And you shake it all about.
You do the Hokey-Pokey,
And you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about.
