Is it leaking from the rain, pressure washer while hand washing it or from a drive through carwash? The reason I am asking is that I have an older car that only leaks of I go through the drive through car wash. It doesn't leak in the rain or if I pressure wash it and try to avoid hitting it directly there.

You may have a worn striker plate. If so the front edge may not completely seal. The striker plate is what the hook latches into when you latch the top. An OEM pair will set you back ~75 USD and are readily available. In a pinch guys have used electrical tape or heat shrink tubing on the j-hook (short term fix).

Mine leaks from a similar spot, but only after the car has been sat in the rain for a while, i.e. when I start it in the morning, and then when I brake water runs out of the rubber above the passenger window.

Not sure why it happens, but it does. The window seems to be sealing correctly.

You could just put some silicone sealant over the area that leaks to seal it in. Its not pretty, or Honda approved but it should work.

The EPT sealer is bad. Ther s a little piece of foam between the rubber seal and the frame.

So would some weatherstripping seal from like home depot work? The stuff that comes on a roll?

Or maybe there is something more correct material and size that can be found on Amazon?

i have bought many things and none are the same as genuine EPT. i have a roll of the 3 mm in my box that's treated like gold. it isn't cheap but worth every penny.
