How hard is it to remove soft-top?

just wondering if any of you guys have removed your softtops before.. how hard is it to do? how difficult is it to put back in? thanks

There used to be a DIY soft top replacement thread in the library. I think Clovis was the auther. I know that he has replaced his, so he could tell you for sure (send him a PM).
