Researched this a bit more.
Comercially available Octane boosters on a flask are pretty useless. They would increase octane ratings only a few points, say from 98RON to 98.4RON or something like that.
To really boost octane levels, I'd need to fill up the tank with 10% Toulene or Xylene, readily available, but not really at the pump.
I also found out that CR is not an absolute measure of octane requirements. The cams will leave the valves open for a part of the compression cycle and the final cylinder pressure varies for the same CR with different cars (cams). I have no idea of how the S2000 cylinder pressure compares with other cars.
