What kind of a dumb question is this?

I have gotten 2 small dents the size of dimes.

i had both of them fixed.

My new game plan is as follows: If some asshat parks on top of me and causes a door ding and I can tell it's from them, I will punch their car.

Buwhahahahahaha. That's classic.! I don't know how many times I've wanted to do that.
It pains me that so many of us just hate taking our cars to the dealership for fear of what will happen. So much so that I checked and double-checked that passenger front fender, and had my wife serve as a second set of eyes, the night before and told her "watch-it will have a dent in it" Well I got two dents, some caked up grease on the passenger side seat, a very rude "NO" for goodwill and a bill for $800+.
Reporting the dings-losing battle. Its a case of word against word.
The funny thing is-the American Honda rep was like "How often do you use Honda for your maintenance needs" as it weighs on their "goodwill" decisions.

it will be interesting....I go to this dealer for tons of stuff. This dent........I was not 100% sure. I would say I was at 80% they did it but again didnt want o burn my bridges until I was 100%......Next time I go in I'm checking for any dents and all. If I see a new one I will def check and call them out. That deep dent totaly changed my perspective, and I'm going to be like a hawk now...I'm so glad it was fixed 100% but still I dont wanan go through that again. Light dents wish I had were no prob but this sucker was deep until the dent guy popped her back out............

i try to park in secluded areas to prevent door dings.

funny story. last week i parked on side street with hardly any other parked cars. i returned and saw a BIG RIG parked just a foot away from my front bumper!! he had parralleled that huge thing in between my car and another car that was a good 30 - 40 feet ahead of me. he was one hell of a driver to make it fit but it gave me the biggest scare ever.

-0- tolerance - nothing is more disrespectful (in my opinion) than someone opening their door on your car...

I will just stay away from supermakets with the S, too many people just can't park properly.
