I have a scat mat and I have to use it daily - the cat stays off when the mat is on the car - it beeps when pwr is applied. When it's not there the cat is on the car. There are those that insist that the cat doesn't think about these things but whenever she has been on one of the cars she bolts out of the garage when I open the door - otherwise she stays around to get fresh food. This cat knows when she has trespassed where she is not supposed to be.

get a dog or put one of those fake owls. unfortunately cats are not stupid so the owl probably wouldn't work. you can always sleep in the car.

seriously i wouldn't worry about it unless its a heavy cat. cats are graceful and not oafs like dogs also their claws are retracted when they walk.

Park your car in the garage!

Otherwise, you're as irresponsible as the cat owner for letting it live outside. At least technically, the cat belongs outside (in nature at least). The S2k only so when it is being driven!

Whacking the cat only works when you are around. I.e. the cats runs when you come in the garage.

What worked for me when the cat was sleeping in the babies crib was masking tape laid out sticky side up.

I would but the only problem is that he is my cat. I bought him for my fiancee because she wanted a cat.

At a time when she can see you, grab her favorite dress and walk it out of the room. As soon as she sees you, she will ask you what are you doing with her dress. Tell her it is to cover the S from cat claws and she will deal with it.
