As most of you know my car is at honda getting the Rearend replaced. The District Service Manager claims this has never happend. Yet when i called my friend that is a Honda Rep. He was in a meeting all day doing customer refunds for this exact problem. Thanks for your help.

So are you retrofitting the S500/600/800 chain drive conversion to prevent a recurrence of your problems?

I have had two go bad on me and honda will see me in court very soon for refusing to warranty the second. QuickF20C got rid of his S2000 after a total diff failure. And I spoke with someone else a while back who had had two failures, but I don't remember who.

I'll not say any more before I start yelling obscenities.

Reverend,

Can you email me your story on what happened to you. The DSM here seems to think that i have been drag racing and went searching illigally in my car. I have called honda about this because the service manager didnt think it was right either. I havent been denied yet but it seems the DSM used to drag race and my diff looks like his did when his broke. He thinks mine just broke instantly instead of over time. WEll it took 3 weeks for mine to break. And honda thought it was a bad wheel bearing. Sent me on my way to drive on it. Luckily i didnt get stranded but 2 blocks away from the dealership. What idiots.
