How much abuse can an s2k take?

Man its crazy how reliable these cars really are. I havent heard one thing from any s2k owner about anything breaking anything just mainteanence and things like tct going out. i think im gonna start enjoying the car even more now. Ive been babying it a little less. I am definitely going through those phases skkppy said lol

That's not abuse. That's driving it the way it was meant to be driven. Mechanical overrevs, mis-shifting, improper power launches, etc are abuse.

Tons of autox, been on the rev limiter numerous times, 118k miles, using Amsoil on the Amsoil heavy use drain interval for all the fluids, and the only issue was a blown diff from me being a tard and not lifting while getting wheel hop on wet pavement, and the usual CV joint pitting.

I just worry about the diff. so I don't ever launch my car. Once I get into 2nd gear though it's on

I have done approximately 500 launches on R-compound tires without a problem. In fact, when I retired the car from autocross duty last year, I sold a spare diff and axles that I never used.
