well he did say test pipe i'm guessing the removal of the cat is probably 10-15hp by itself but it would be so n loud youd get pulled over alot i mean my single spugen catback is pretty loud just by itself i guess its not too out of reach would probably need bigger injectors tho?

i've seen aem ems intake/exhaust/header/test pipe S2000's put down in the 250-260 wheel horsepower range.
Are these numbers obtained from a Dynapak? I'm just curious as to what the baseline numbers were on those cars.

J's 70rs single exhaust claims 24 horsepower gain from the pipe alone when combined with the big throttle body, ECU, headers, etc. I can see about 240 wheel being feasible.
whites2000(i think) has an Inline Pro 2.5 and with exhaust and just a VAFC hes running 250 whp. I know you dont want to mess with the lower end, but with the 2.5 setup i'm sure 300whp MAY be possible with cams, headwork etc and an AEM EMS or other stand alone.
Nitrous would be okay occasionally, if you plan on using it alot your reliability will suffer badly if its a powerful shot. I suggest just using bolt ons, but yet again I'm Mr. Safe when it comes to nitrous.

i dont think anyone will ever get higher than 300whp on an all motor s2k...

2.5 liter stroker / cams/ cam gears/ intake/ header/ exhaust/ test pipe/ AEM ems tuned/ intake mani or ITB's/

you need all this and a lot of tuning knowlege to achieve this...N/A build up is just as complicaed/expensive as a FI setup

With ITBS when having all that motorwork provided you do headwork and such too, I am sure the ITBS(providing, again, that it is extensively modified) can probably bring around 25-30 peak horsepower and the sky is the limit in the mid range. (some thread, there was a claim of 50 in the midrange for the ITBS - sounds odd?) yet again this isnt an ITB thread.
How do you think the reliability would be on an all motor car - properly tuned it shouldnt have a problem, right?

yeah you wont get more than 50hp out of ITB's...they really arn't the best bang for the buck with all the work involved in tuning them...

ITB's = bling factor...i still would like a set though

No matter how you slice it, 50 hp is 50 hp bling, bling or not.

Dont quote me on that 50 hp(midrange), it was just something I saw skimming through countless ITB threads. I beleive it would be possible especially without oversized valves, oh god!!
They really are sweet though, if only I was able to find a way to make an airbox for them.(hint hint)
