Location is a big factor in the difference between people's rates.
- Number of drivers and ages and gender as well as driving history
- Credit rating if used by the insurance company
- All vehicles
- Location
- Coverage amounts for Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Uninsured Motorist, UIM Bodily Injury, Personal Injury and Medical
- Deductibles for Comprehensive and Collision
- Any additional features such as: Accident Forgiveness, Rental Reimbursement, Towing & Labor, etc
Otherwise, there are plenty of existing insurance threads to refer to.

I'm 31 with a perfect driving record in central VA and pay around $60/month full coverage with 500/500 deductibles with Geico. I have 3 other vehicles on the policy though which lowered my rates on the S2000.
