It's just inside the driver's side door opening near the seatbelt/seat back. It's a little button that blends in with the surrounding area really well.

I, too, had difficulty finding the gas release button. I had to call my friend who sold me the car. I really felt stupid. But....I felt even more stupid when I was driving with the top down and it started pouring rain. I pulled over in the emergency lane and yanked up the e-brake. I'm cursing because I'm getting soaked and the top won't go up. Then I realize the cover is on! How could I be such a moron??

Took me over a week to find out where the oil dipstick was!!!!!!!!!

I also took about 20 minutes with the guy I bought the car from, searching for the petrol cap release button....... fortunately that was before I needed to fill it up

It's crazy, huh? I knew where it was just because I got on here and found out before I got the car.

Embarrasing as all hell when you pull out of a driveway into traffic, floor it and promptly get winded by your seatbelt when the car hits the cold-cut rev limiter. Done that a few times now and it gets me every time

Cheers
