How to remove door pins?

^^ i believe the S-fly is talking about part #14/18.

not #33 door hinge pins.

Ahhhh, that's a civic. How didn't I notice.

You can't replace them on the S. The pin is a rivet. You have to unbolt it from the frame, remove the two bolts in the door and pull the whole detente rod assembly out and replace it. You could probably drill it out and replace it with a bolt, collar, and nylock, but it's up to you.

To beat a dead horse some more, did you put thick grease on the top and bottom of the arm? It's known to creak. You may have to work it in a few times due to the detente inside the door being the culprit.

That's the answer I was looking for. I did greese the arm, but it's clicking not, creeking. I can see the play in the pin which is causing the clicking. Guess I'm off to the Honda dealer to find out how much this assembly is.

Maybe try smacking the rivet a little tighter? Put one side against an anvil of some sort and hit it with a ball peen hammer. Not too much, or it will be super tight. Just a thought.
