Default how to remove soft top motor and frame.

anyone know where i can find instructions for removing the oem soft top motor and frame? i searched but was unsucessful.

remove any interitor plastic rear of the seats, remove the 10mm nuts holding the metal retaining plate in the rear(3 plates actually), then look on each side right behind the seat for the large 14-16mm bolts(mine were painted yellow) that hold the frame in. should be around 4 per side. remove them and lift it all up and out.

You can find it on the Honda s2000 manual service.Its on the emule.

remove seats (turn your seats sideway and then pull out to prevent damage to interior), armrest, center console, rear deck, rollbars (DO NOT crack the rollhoop cover open, just remove the hoops and you should have acccess to everything else). Get a copy of the Helm's. Make sure you clear the side drains of leaves and dirt before reinstalling. Put aside the entire day and work carefully or you'll be sorry. If you have any questions PM me and i'll try my best to assist. BUt you should be fine with the helm's.
