How well does the AC work?

I agree with S2R.

I find that in 85-90+ temps, I have to notch the fan up 3-4 levels to be comfortable. Otherwise, it cools very well on lower settings.

PS> Haven't seen cold weather in mine yet to find out about the heating.

Living in Arizona the heat is a huge issue. This is my 01's first summer but it is 113 right now and I am not worried at all. The AC is great but it does suck some power i the low gears.

It's even not too shabby with the top down. You can probably drive comfortably with a few extra degrees when you run the AC & top down.
