New (10 miles) leased

 

I ordered mine in October '01... Took delivery in Feb '02... Traded in my '98 GS-R (got $12k at the time) on it... When the car came in February, I wrote out a check for the difference, including the 7yr/100k extended warranty.

 

Bought new in November, 1999. Paid cash ($1500 over MSRP).

It went like this:

1999-2000 = BLESSED with much more $$ than I wanted = Paid cash in Sept '00 for '01 as 3rd car

2001-2002 = TESTED with MUCH less money than needed = Sold S2k to pay bills

2002-Present = Barely keeping afloat + Negotiated great deal = Leasing '03 Pilot & '03 S2000 AND it saves me $400/month over my two current cars!!

 

Brand new in December, 2002. Started saving for a new car in '98. When the S2000 came out in '99 I knew that it was what I wanted. I kept saving and when the price got down to what I was willing to pay, I was able to pay cash.

 

Drove my old car until I could pay cash. Took a few years but I don't have any car note...
