hp claim on dc header?

hehe, last year at Nopi in ATL. this guy came up to me and asked if I wanted to buy a DC header for my S, I was like, nah...they lose power instead of making any. (proceed to stick foot in mouth) he said, "Oh.. I ordered one and somehow they mixed up the order and sent me two so I'm trying to sell the other...," doh, I thought he knew it sucked and was trying to sell it, not that he already had it on his car...poor guy.

Can sombody explain the difference in headers. I'm not sure what makes one better than another, in regards to construction, and optimal emission release. I am curious cause I had DC's on my integra, and I noticed quite a bit of difference, top end and starting out.

To start if you compare the several brands you will see that the design is different.Also inner diameter of different headers are also different... If I'm not mistaken, the design and inner diameter of the DC headers is similar to the stock headers. the only advantage is less weight....
